Selling/Renting the Parsonage Webinar

On Thursday, February 1st, at 7pm, the Foundation will host a webinar on the topic of “Selling/Renting the Parsonage”, presented by George Monk.

Many churches no longer use their parsonage as a residence for their pastor. The question then becomes how best to use this asset.  Should it be sold?  Should it be rented for revenue?  Should it be transformed into a mission center?

This webinar will discuss the various options facing churches in this situation and pros and cons will be highlighted, with guidance given on next steps.

  • All are invited – pastors and laity!
  • All who register will receive a copy of the recording to share with others.
