MAFF is a nonprofit organization that helps churches thrive through investment partnerships and stewardship education.

We help churches attract, structure and manage larger financial gifts such as endowments and other types of planned giving.

The financial performance of our investment partners at Fulton Financial Advisors is competitive with the nation’s leading investment firms.

MAFF investments may be structured to follow United Methodist principles and values.

A Year of New Beginnings

The Foundation experienced a year of transition and a renewed vision in 2025.

Our Board elected Reverend Cary James, Jr. as our new Executive Director.
Assets under management grew to approximately $160 million.
We engaged a record number of clergy and laity with stewardship education programs.
92 scholars graduated from the Financial Leadership Academy.
